NaNet has six regional offices located in Kgs. Lyngby, Copenhagen, Soenderborg, Taastrup, Aalborg and Aarhus, respectively. Each office is situated at a major research institution in Denmark including the five major Danish universitites and the Danish Technological Institute. This means that every NaNet employee - and thus the entire network - is in direct contact with the entire Danish scientific community. The main office in Kgs. Lyngby is responsible for coordination of NaNet day-to-day issues and initiatives and refers directly to the steering committee. The steering committee has established an executive committee responsible for general strategies and perspectives. The members of the steering committee and the executive committee are:
